I am lucky that Jaxon has never had cancer - but it is just that...luck. Childhood cancer doesn't discriminate, there are no choices made that mean your child gets cancer - it could affect any one of our children at any time. 

Working at Redkite, I hear stories every day of what a child's cancer does to a family -- the emotions, the tensions, the struggle to keep life going with the absolute fear that your child might die. 

I'm taking part in this challenge for all the families who are facing this right now and for all the families in the future that will have to find a way to live through it.
